Brand new assembly pack for schools

1decision have created a fantastic Assembly Pack for schools to use to educate children on what we do as a charity.

This resource is designed for a school to show what The Little Princess Trust does with your donations from hair to fundraising. It provides children with information on how the charity started, how they support children across the UK and worldwide, and what we can do to help them continue their fantastic work.

Whether you have students that want to donate their hair or you want to highlight a chosen charity, this pack includes videos from our founder Wendy Tarplee- Morris, our CEO Phil Brace and a number of questions to engage the students and get them involved.

What are the benefits of schools using this pack?

• to reduce children’s anxiety around the word ‘cancer’
• increase children’s understanding of how charities work
• provide further information about the research into reducing childhood cancers
You may also want to highlight a student’s recent donation to The Little Princess Trust and explain their selfless act to help other students. Or create awareness of fundraising ideas across the school.
