A message to our wonderful hair donors

The Little Princess Trust is unable to take hair donations at the moment

The present circumstances unfortunately mean we are now currently unable to take hair donations.

We really do value and understand just what a selfless act it is for someone to donate their hair but, during these challenging times, we are having to make some changes to the way we work.

Please do not worry if your donation is already in the post as we will still accept the hair, but we are kindly asking our amazing supporters to hold off sending any more donations until further notice.

Our priority now is to ensure the safety of all our staff, volunteers, salon partners and wig recipients, and we will continue to provide wigs to young people with cancer and other conditions.

But the changes we have implemented with some staff now working from home means we are unable to process your hair donations at this moment in time. There will also be a slight delay in issuing our thank you certificates to those who have fundraised for us.

We politely ask that everyone in the amazing LPT team kindly bears with us at this difficult time and that any potential supporters consider growing their hair to even longer lengths to meet the demand for longer wigs.

We are fully aware that many people are being affected by the prevalence of COVID-19 and our thoughts go out to every one of you.
