Jordan is raising money for two charities as cancer returns

There will be plenty of cheers for Jordan Lawfull when a university club holds its summer ball.

Portsmouth Phoenix will dedicate the black tie event on June 25 to their much-loved member after she was rediagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma.

Jordan previously received wigs from The Little Princess Trust following her first diagnosis seven years ago.

Jordan Lawfull is a true inspiration to her friends.

The Phoenix Ball at Pryzm will see students from the University of Portsmouth's cheerleading team raise money for Jordan’s chosen charities: LPT and the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Even with her diagnosis, Jordan still remains as positive as possible and is so dedicated to living her life to the fullest

Megan Howden said: "As Jordan's friend, housemate and fellow cheerleader I have seen how much happiness and love she gives to other people.

"She is the biggest bundle of joy you will ever meet and everyone who knows her will say the same.

"Even with her diagnosis, Jordan still remains as positive as possible and is so so dedicated to living her life to the fullest.

"I am so proud to call her my best friend!"
