Manchester City star Erling Haaland congratulates LPT SuperHairo!

The football club have recognised Harley's amazing support for LPT!
Deciding to grow his hair out during lockdown in an effort to look like Gareth Bale, Harley kept growing his hair until very recently - and has been pleased to be compared to his footballing hero, Erling Haaland!
Recently, Harley wanted to change up his look and embraced it as an opportunity to do something amazing for LPT. His mum, Carla, told us, “he wanted to do something special with his hair” to make sure his lengths didn’t go to waste.
Not only has he donated a whopping 21 inches of hair, he has also totally smashed his fundraising goals!
Collecting sponsorship from his family, school friends, and teammates at PontyPridd Football Club, he originally aimed to raise £550 to cover the cost of making a wig for a child or young person. His fundraising efforts have certainly gone above and beyond as he has now raised more than £2,000 to go towards our wig provision service!
The team at Manchester City have kindly taken the time to write a letter to Harley in recognition for his wonderful support, and even sent a signed player card from Erling Haaland to congratulate him for his achievement!
Harley and his family payed us a visit at our home here in Herefordshire, personally delivering his generous hair donation. They had a tour of the building, had a go sorting his donation based on length and colour, and even met some of the team!
