5 Ways Your Business Can Support LPT

5 Ways Your Business Can Support LPT

Here at LPT, one of the most popular ways in which our fantastic fundraisers show us support is through sponsored hair donations.

However, we know that as a business, this isn't always an option for you or your employees. We've shared our top 5 ways in which your business can get involved with our cause and do something amazing, without needing any scissors! Check them out here:

1. Feature us and our work on your company website/socials – Raising our profile, and getting the message out about the work we do is so important. As a charity, we strive to make sure that every child or young person who needs our support is aware of the service we provide. At the same time, we also love letting people know about how they can join our wonderful family of supporters and do their bit for Hair and Hope. Featuring information about us on your website and social media channels is a great way of letting your customers, and even more people know about LPT – and the more people we reach, the better.

2. Donate a percentage of your sales or profits to LPT – It costs us £550 to provide a free real-hair wig to one of our wig recipients. Businesses often choose one specific product to donate a percentage of sales to us, or alternatively, you could donate a percentage of your overall sales, or choose a specific time frame to do this. Regardless of the amount you choose to donate, every penny is greatly appreciated.

3. Host a company fundraiser/event to support LPT – Here’s where the fun begins! The options you have for hosting your fundraiser or event for LPT are endless. Some of the most popular examples we see are quiz nights, sponsored runs, and of course, a good old bake sale – after all, who doesn’t love cake during the working day? For additional ideas, you can order one of our free fundraising packs here, which is full of some great fundraising options.

4. Funky Hair Funday – At LPT, we’re all about hair! So, why not have some fun with your own hair, without needing to donate it? We’re really excited to share our latest campaign, Funky Hair Funday, with you soon, so keep your eyes peeled on our socials.

5. Invite a member of the LPT team to talk about the work we do – We’re certainly a friendly bunch here at LPT, and always love the opportunity to come and speak to you and your workforce about our mission. Our Corporate Relations Manager, Kim, is happy to work with you to organise either a visit or online zoom call to introduce your company to our charity, and to tell you all what LPT is about. For further information, simply email kim@littleprincesses.org.uk. Alternatively, if you are ever in the neighbourhood (Herefordshire), you can organise a tour of our building and meet our awesome team.
